Bolt Builds worked with Upside Pizza to design and build their Greenpoint, Brooklyn location, bringing the classic New York slice shop to life with a distinct neighborhood character.

The 2,000-square-foot interior space blends warmth and boldness with fluted wood millwork, deep green accents, exposed brick, and checkered floor tiling unify the space; while glass block detailing and integrated lighting add brightness and texture throughout. The moment you step in, the framed ceiling geometry anchors the counter and circulation, creating a strong focal point. Bolt led the interior design, custom fabrication, and lighting design to shape a cohesive and highly crafted space.

Located in the heart of Greenpoint, this shop reflects the rhythm of the neighborhood while amplifying Upside’s bold personality. The result is a space that balances nostalgia with precision—a lively corner spot built to last.
