Nat’s on Bleecker | Bold Color and Playful Form by Bolt Builds

Bolt Builds designed and built Nat’s on Bleecker, a 3,100-square-foot restaurant nestled between SoHo and Greenwich Village, where postmodern Italian design meets downtown New York City energy.

Drawing from the Memphis style of the 1980s, the space embraces saturated hues, bold geometries, and high-contrast black-and-white patterns that define its dynamic character. Custom banquettes, tables, and a sculptural squiggle ceiling light add rhythm and personality, while the interplay of material and lighting creates a sense of movement and depth throughout the dining room.

Completed in just 3.5 months through Bolt’s integrated design, build, and fabrication process, Nat’s on Bleecker captures the spirit of 1980s exuberance reimagined for today—a vibrant, expressive dining experience that celebrates form, color, and craft.

Norm’s Pizza Park Slope | A Classic Shop with Modern Edge by Bolt Builds

Bolt Builds crafted Norm’s Pizza in Park Slope, transforming a compact 500 SF footprint into a slice shop that blends retro ease with crisp, contemporary detailing. Located in Brooklyn’s Park Slope, the space channels the familiar charm of a neighborhood pizzeria with a refined, modern touch.

Brick-clad walls, an unconventional peg board, a built-in countertop planter, and Norm’s signature glossy yellow tile shape a warm, graphic interior that feels both nostalgic and fresh. Careful material transitions and tight detailing keep the room cohesive while amplifying the space’s character.

Through Bolt’s integrated design, build, and fabrication process, the team shaped a space that’s efficient, expressive, and true to Norm’s vision, proving that even the smallest footprint can make a bold statement.
